"oh! poupée is inspired by the passion for dolling up."
Jeanine from oh! poupée kindly gifted these 2 skirts to share my honest reviews on them.
The below are the 3 items that caught my attention.
I really love this Mustard skirt featured with this bag(which looks good too).

And just last Sunday, oh! poupée launched their first self-manufactured collection. Spot the Zara Inspired Skater Skirt in yummilicious colour. Guess which colour I chose? hehe... Its not that difficult! =D

Be in the center of attention with these eye-catching poppy-coloured cardigan.

Picked 2 out of the 3 items and I received it really fast via normal postage - 2 days after their launch on Sunday.
Review on oh! poupée Shirred Waist Flare Skirt in Mustard
Recently, I have a liking for skirts. Not just any type of skirts but swingy, bouncy and poofy ones. :) This Shirred Waist Flare Skirt definitely fits the bill. And being someone who is playful with colours, I can't help but to set my eyes on this skirt in Mustard. Though not a oh! poupée self-manufactured and being a self-acclaimed online shopaholic, I've never come across any other blogshops selling this similar skirt(Do correct me if I'm wrong.)
The chiffon on the outer layer is so smooth and this skirt is fully lined. Never truly understood the meaning of but now I know and this skirt really My only gripe for this skirt is that the poofiness emphasize a bit too much on my fat hips and even my mum commented that I look fat in it compared to Skater Pleat Skirt in Forest Green. But I'm still loving this skirt for its colour and the swingy & bouncy feel.
Girls who are smaller size than me will definitely look very cute in this skirt. =D

And Oops, I took the last piece for this skirt in Mustard but it is still available in the last piece for the another colour - peach. Do check out their What's Available.
Review on oh! poupée Skater Pleat Skirt in Forest Green
Only available in only Size S and thank god, it fits me perfectly with the ptp allowance of 13.5". My waist measures about 27". :) The thick waistband helps to emphasize on the waist and creates an instant slimming effect. Skirt is not lined but it is non sheer at all due to the thick material used.
Turn a few rounds in this skirt to capture the heart of your heartthrob. haha! This skirt is really a darling. Skater skirt is really a must-have in every girls' wardrobe because I swear that it makes my legs look elongated and the waist smaller! Love how small the waist look from the side(the 3rd pic which I paired with the grey top). Very tummy friendly and helps to create an illusion that make your butt look perkier with the pleats.
Nothing to complain about this skirt(really) cos the cutting is that fabulous plus the hidden side pockets add a little brownie point to this skirt. Wearing is made easy with the side zip.
However, something to take note of will be try to pair with a thin top cos I tried to go with Love, Bonito Covet Walsh Lace top and I definitely look fatter in that combination. As that top is really thick and I've got to wear the skirt at high waist.

Self-Manufactured by oh! poupée, with their own tag & label. =D
Love it so much that I have to wear it out immediately on Deepavali! hehe...

The Skater Skirt is so well-received that all colours are sold out/pending now. However, the Forest Green & Carmine Red is available via BO here.
Thanks for looking!
